Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
We currently ship across all regions of the United Kingdom. No matter where you are in the UK, we will make sure your order reaches you.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days. In total, please allow 5–12 business days from the date of your order. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment in real time. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at Support@sleepingpillow.co and we will do our best to help before dispatch.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch at Support@sleepingpillow.co and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items, provided they are unused, in reasonable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Original packaging is recommended where possible.
Email us at Support@sleepingpillow.co with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our team will get back to you with the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee charged on any return.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 days back to your original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Once your return is approved, you may receive a full refund to your original payment method, a replacement item, or store credit if preferred.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@sleepingpillow.co with photo evidence. We will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund including your original shipping costs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely and encrypted during transmission.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and we may be unable to cancel it. Contact us immediately at Support@sleepingpillow.co if you need to cancel.
